Ginebra, (EFE).- La Misi\u00f3n Internacional de Determinaci\u00f3n de los Hechos sobre Venezuela, creada por la ONU, afirm\u00f3 este jueves que \u00abla maquinaria represiva del Estado venezolano, instaurada durante muchos a\u00f1os, contin\u00faa operativa\u00bb, pese a la captura a inicios de a\u00f1o de Nicol\u00e1s Maduro y su esposa.<\/p>\n
Como una muestra de ello, sostuvo que funcionarios de alto nivel y militares que fueron identificados en investigaciones de esta misma misi\u00f3n como responsables de cr\u00edmenes de lesa humanidad siguen ejerciendo importantes cargos en el Ejecutivo y las fuerzas de seguridad.<\/p>\n
Asimismo, \u00ablos instrumentos jur\u00eddicos que durante a\u00f1os han servido de base para la persecuci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica se mantienen plenamente en vigor\u00bb, se\u00f1alaron los expertos al presentar un informe oral sobre la situaci\u00f3n reciente en Venezuela al Consejo de Derechos Humanos, que se re\u00fane en Ginebra.<\/p>\n
