SANTO DOMINGO.- Espa\u00f1a extradit\u00f3 al dominicano Miguel \u00c1ngel \u00c1lvarez Garc\u00eda, acusado en la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana de asesinato y porte ilegal de armas, inform\u00f3 este martes el Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c1lvarez Garc\u00eda, tambi\u00e9n conocido como Armando G\u00f3mez S\u00e1nchez (Manteco, Mantequilla, el Gordo, el Grande y el Compa\u00f1ero), es acusado de ordenar el asesinato de Cristofer D\u00edaz Rodr\u00edguez ocurrido en la calle Ram\u00f3n C\u00e1ceres esquina Am\u00e9rico Lugo, del Ensanche La Fe, en el Distrito Nacional, el 6 de noviembre de 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n

El extraditado, quien fue tra\u00eddo al pa\u00eds en un vuelo a trav\u00e9s del Aeropuerto Internacional de las Am\u00e9ricas (AILA), fue escoltado por miembros de la OCN-Interpol en Santo Domingo y presentado ante la Fiscal\u00eda del Distrito Nacional para continuar con el proceso judicial.<\/span><\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan la acusaci\u00f3n, para cometer el hecho el extraditado se asoci\u00f3 con Sandy Gabriel Alc\u00e1ntara (Chamaco), quien fue identificado como la persona que le dispar\u00f3 a Cristofer D\u00edaz Rodr\u00edguez.<\/span><\/p>\n

De acuerdo con las investigaciones hechas por el Ministerio P\u00fablico y la Polic\u00eda Nacional, \u00c1lvarez Garc\u00eda orden\u00f3 el asesinato de D\u00edaz Rodr\u00edguez y a tales fines se asoci\u00f3 con Sandy Gabriel Alc\u00e1ntara (Chamaco) y Manuel Antonio Mora (Enchumbao), ambos con prisi\u00f3n preventiva, as\u00ed como con Jos\u00e9 David Rojas Mueses (la Boa) y Jos\u00e9 Luis D\u00edaz Reyes (Vacano), estos dos \u00faltimos pr\u00f3fugos.<\/span><\/p>\n
