SANTO DOMINGO.-La directora de \u00c9tica e Integridad Gubernamental, Milagros Ortiz Bosch, afirm\u00f3 que la gesti\u00f3n del actual gobierno responde a una continuidad de los principios democr\u00e1ticos impulsados por el Partido Revolucionario Dominicano (PRD).<\/p>\n

Dijo que esos principios fueron asumidos posteriormente por el Partido Revolucionario Moderno (PRM) y sustentados en el legado pol\u00edtico del l\u00edder Jos\u00e9 Francisco Pe\u00f1a G\u00f3mez.<\/p>\n

Entrevistada en el programa La Plaza Radio Show, Ortiz Bosch sostuvo que el surgimiento del PRM no obedeci\u00f3 a una coyuntura electoral, sino a la defensa de la democracia interna, respeto a las bases y la institucionalidad pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n

LUCHAR POR LA DEMOCRACIA  Y RESPETO A REGLAMENTOS<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cLa historia hay que contarla para que no desaparezcan sus razones. Nosotros nacimos para luchar por la democracia, para recuperar la participaci\u00f3n directa de las bases y el respeto a los reglamentos\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la tradici\u00f3n democr\u00e1tica del PRD consolid\u00f3 mecanismos de consulta directa, participaci\u00f3n de mujeres y j\u00f3venes, y fortalecimiento de la institucionalidad, principios que afirm\u00f3 fueron retomados en la construcci\u00f3n del PRM como organizaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n

Ortiz Bosch se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esta herencia pol\u00edtica est\u00e1 directamente vinculada al pensamiento de Pe\u00f1a G\u00f3mez, cuya vocaci\u00f3n democr\u00e1tica y compromiso social contin\u00faan siendo referencia para la acci\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n

En ese contexto, asegur\u00f3 que el gobierno encabezado por el presidente Luis Abinader ha mantenido coherencia con esos valores al impulsar pol\u00edticas firmes contra la corrupci\u00f3n, transparencia institucional y fortalecimiento del sistema de justicia.<\/p>\n
