VILLA ALTAGRACIA.- El presidente Luis Abinader inaugur\u00f3 este domingo la ampliaci\u00f3n del acueducto de este municipio, que beneficiar\u00e1 a m\u00e1s de 73,000 habitantes.<\/p>\n
\u201cHoy hay soluciones en Villa Altagracia\u201d, exclam\u00f3 el Jefe de Estado, y resalt\u00f3 que en cinco a\u00f1os de gesti\u00f3n, la inversi\u00f3n en agua para esta comunidad alcanza los RD$ 600 millones, mientras que en el per\u00edodo 2004-2020, se destinaron RD$ 88 millones.<\/p>\n
Inst\u00f3 a los comunitarios a ahorrar el agua para que llegue a todas partes y a cuidar las obras que el Gobierno entrega para su beneficio.<\/p>\n
AUMENTO EN LA CAPACIDAD DE PRODUCCION AGUA<\/strong><\/p>\n Wellington Arnaud, director del Instituto Nacional de Aguas Potables y Alcantarillados (INAPA), afirm\u00f3 que se ampli\u00f3 la capacidad de producci\u00f3n de agua potable de 200 a 300 litros por segundo y se construy\u00f3 la nueva obra de toma sobre el r\u00edo Haina, en el kil\u00f3metro 45 de la autopista Duarte.<\/p>\n Explic\u00f3 este acueducto, incluyendo su obra de toma, planta de tratamiento, estaci\u00f3n de bombeo, dep\u00f3sito regulador de un mill\u00f3n de galones, m\u00e1s sus l\u00edneas de impulsi\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n, garantiza el servicio para las pr\u00f3ximas d\u00e9cadas.<\/p>\n ANUNCIA CIUDAD EDUCATIVA Y REMODELACION HOSPITAL<\/strong><\/p>\n El Mandatario inform\u00f3 que se est\u00e1 trabaja en la Ciudad Educativa, recinto que albergar\u00e1 un polit\u00e9cnico especializado y extensiones del ITLA, INFOTEP y la UASD, y podr\u00eda ser terminado en unos 18 meses.<\/p>\n Dijo asimismo, que el Servicio Nacional de Salud (SNS) remodelar\u00e1 y ampliar\u00e1 el antiguo Hospital del Seguro Social para convertirlo en un materno infantil y posteriormente intervendr\u00e1 el hospital municipal.
