<\/a> <\/div>\nSANTO DOMINGO.- La Oficina Nacional de Derecho de Autor (ONDA) dispuso la exoneraci\u00f3n total del pago de tasas para el registro de obras art\u00edsticas, cient\u00edficas y literarias durante la celebraci\u00f3n de la Expo Feria ProFrontera RD 2026, que tendr\u00e1 lugar en la provincia Montecristi.<\/p>\n
La medida busca facilitar el acceso de los creadores al sistema de protecci\u00f3n de sus obras y reforzar la cultura de respeto al derecho de autor en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n
La disposici\u00f3n est\u00e1 contenida en la resoluci\u00f3n n\u00famero 004-2026, firmada por el director general de la ONDA, Jos\u00e9 R. Gonell Cosme. Establece que la exoneraci\u00f3n aplicar\u00e1 a las solicitudes de registro realizadas de manera presencial en el marco de la feria, organizada por el Consejo de Coordinaci\u00f3n de la Zona Especial de Desarrollo Fronterizo (CCDF).<\/p>\n
La Expo Feria ProFrontera RD 2026 se celebrar\u00e1 del 19 al 22 de febrero en el Parque Juan Pablo Duarte, conocido como El Reloj, en el municipio San Fernando, provincia Montecristi.<\/p>\n
La exoneraci\u00f3n de tasas estar\u00e1 vigente los d\u00edas viernes 20 y s\u00e1bado 21 de febrero, fechas en las que el personal t\u00e9cnico de la ONDA brindar\u00e1 asistencia directa a los interesados, siempre que cumplan con los requisitos establecidos para el registro formal de sus creaciones.<\/p>\n
