SANTO DOMINGO.- Una comisi\u00f3n designada por el presidente Luis Abionader sugiri\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n de un nuevo y moderno estadio de beisbol en la capital dominicana.<\/p>\n
La sugerencia se llev\u00f3 a cabo al finalizar una reuni\u00f3n de dicha comisi\u00f3n. El nuievo estadio ser\u00eda construido en en el ensanche La Fe.<\/p>\n
El msmo reunir\u00e1 los est\u00e1ndares exigidos por las Grandes Ligas de B\u00e9isbol (MLB), en los terrenos del ensanche La Fe, en alianza con el Estado dominicano y el sector privado.<\/p>\n
En la referida reuni\u00f3n qued\u00f3 expresamente establecido que el Coliseo de Boxeo Carlos Teo Cruz no se ver\u00eda afectado por la construcci\u00f3n del proyecto.<\/p>\n
