SANTO DOMINGO, Rep\u00fablica Dominicana \u2013 El maestro FIDE Christopher Guzm\u00e1n se coron\u00f3 campe\u00f3n de la Copa de Ajedrez Juan Pablo Duarte Blitz y R\u00e1pida 2026, celebrada en el Albergue Ol\u00edmpico Dominicano.<\/p>\n
El evento cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de 122 atletas de todo el territorio nacional.<\/p>\n
Guzman se impuso en ambos eventos, Blitz y R\u00e1pido, que se jugaron a 9 rondas bajo los reglamentos de la Federaci\u00f3n Internacional de Ajedrez FIDE.<\/p>\n
El segundo lugar fue para el Maestro Internacional Josue Araujo S\u00e1nchez, mientras que el tercer lugar lo ocup\u00f3 el Maestro Internacional Jos\u00e9 Lisandro Mu\u00f1oz Santana.<\/p>\n
La direcci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica del evento estuvo a cargo del \u00e1rbitro internacional Wilfredo Paulino, acompa\u00f1ado de Bernando L\u00f3pez, Nelson Ortiz Pascual, Benjam\u00edn Henr\u00edquez y Freddy Gil.<\/p>\n
Durante el evento, tambi\u00e9n se destacaron el Maestro FIDE Leandro Jim\u00e9nez, Darvi Crispin Ferreras y las estrellas infantiles \u00c1ngel Lara Santos, Fraimy Alexander Morel Reyes y Alejandro Mu\u00f1oz, seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 el presidente del Comit\u00e9 Organizador, Lic. Braulio Ramirez.<\/p>\n
La mejor actuaci\u00f3n femenina fue para Franchesca Luzon Ramirez.<\/p>\n
