SANTO DOMINGO.- La iniciativa social \u201c100mil Pisos para Jugar\u201d ha sustituido en el \u00faltimo semestre 530 pisos <\/span>de tierra en comunidades vulnerables e intervenido <\/span>3,731 viviendas desde finales del a\u00f1o 2022.<\/p>\n

\u201cSustituir un piso de tierra por uno de concreto es mucho m\u00e1s que una obra civil; es eliminar el <\/span>foco de enfermedades parasitarias y respiratorias, permitiendo que nuestros ni\u00f1os tengan un <\/span>lugar digno donde jugar y crecer\u201d, expres\u00f3 Cesarina Fabi\u00e1n, directora nacional de H\u00e1bitat para <\/span>la Humanidad Rep\u00fablica Dominicana.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dijo que de las m\u00e1s de 5,700 soluciones habitacionales previstas, 1,888 corresponder\u00e1 espec\u00edficamente <\/span>a la sustituci\u00f3n de pisos de tierra por cemento pulido, una meta que se divide en dos etapas <\/span>estrat\u00e9gicas para asegurar la eficiencia operativa entre el cierre del a\u00f1o fiscal actual y el inicio <\/span>del pr\u00f3ximo.<\/span><\/p>\n

El programa ha demostrado ser un motor de transformaci\u00f3n no solo en la infraestructura, sino <\/span>tambi\u00e9n en el tejido social y econ\u00f3mico del pa\u00eds. <\/span><\/p>\n

Durante el \u00faltimo semestre del 2025, la <\/span>iniciativa logr\u00f3 impactar directamente la vida de 1,612 personas en situaci\u00f3n de <\/span>vulnerabilidad, extendiendo su alcance a 30 comunidades en todo el territorio nacional como <\/span>Sabana Perdida, Guatapanal, Aviaci\u00f3n, Cristo Rey, Las Canas, Las Ag\u00fcitas, el Buen Hombre, <\/span>entre otras.<\/span><\/p>\n

M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las viviendas, el proyecto dinamiz\u00f3 la econom\u00eda local mediante la creaci\u00f3n de 351 <\/span>empleos directos, brindando sustento a cientos de familias. Asimismo, la sostenibilidad del <\/span>programa se garantiza a trav\u00e9s de la educaci\u00f3n: 487 ciudadanos fueron certificados en talleres <\/span>de &quot;Vivienda Saludable&quot;, adquiriendo los conocimientos necesarios para mantener sus hogares <\/span>en condiciones \u00f3ptimas y proteger la salud de sus seres queridos.<\/span><\/p>\n
