SANTO DOMINGO. \u2013 La Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores (SIMV) present\u00f3 Ventanilla Expr\u00e9s, una plataforma digital dise\u00f1ada para optimizar la gesti\u00f3n de solicitudes de autorizaci\u00f3n e inscripci\u00f3n de ofertas p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n

Las instituciones evaluadoras vinculadas a estos procesos incluyen la SIMV, la Superintendencia de Bancos (SB) y la Superintendencia de Pensiones (SIPEN).<\/p>\n

Este servicio ofrece a emisores de valores, sociedades administradoras de fondos, fiduciarias y titularizadoras un \u00fanico canal digital para centralizar tr\u00e1mites, facilitar su an\u00e1lisis y mejorar los tiempos de respuesta.<\/p>\n

La iniciativa incorpora mecanismos de intercambio de informaci\u00f3n y cooperaci\u00f3n interinstitucional, apoy\u00e1ndose en herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas que simplifican las diligencias.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n facilitan la aprobaci\u00f3n de ofertas p\u00fablicas de emisores, incluyendo a los organismos de intermediaci\u00f3n financiera y dem\u00e1s entidades supervisadas.<\/p>\n

COMPROMISO CON LA INNOVACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ventanilla Expr\u00e9s representa un avance significativo en materia de eficiencia, agilidad y simplificaci\u00f3n, al integrar en un solo procedimiento la evaluaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica coordinada de la SIMV, SB y SIPEN.<\/p>\n

De esta manera, las peticiones son analizadas de forma simult\u00e1nea por las tres entidades.<\/p>\n

Con este avance, los participantes del mercado cuentan con un sistema que centraliza los procesos regulatorios, permiti\u00e9ndoles concentrarse en su crecimiento y desarrollo.<\/p>\n

La nueva plataforma forma parte de la iniciativa META RD 2036, impulsada por el Gobierno de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana.<\/p>\n
