 <\/strong>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, 2 ene (Prensa Latina) La Secretar\u00eda de Gesti\u00f3n Integral de Riesgos y Protecci\u00f3n Civil de esta capital activ\u00f3 Alerta Naranja y Amarilla ante las heladas y bajas temperaturas pronosticadas para hoy en demarcaciones de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n

En un comunicado, la cartera precis\u00f3 que la Naranja regir\u00e1 durante las primeras horas de este viernes en la alcald\u00eda de Tlalpan, donde los expertos prev\u00e9n heladas y de uno a tres grados Celsius en los term\u00f3metros, entre las 02:00 y las 08:00 hora local.<\/p>\n

Mientras tanto, la Amarilla entrar\u00e1 en vigor en \u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n, Cuajimalpa, Magdalena Contreras, Milpa Alta y Xochimilco, en las cuales se esperan temperaturas de entre cuatro a seis grados Celsius.<\/p>\n

Las autoridades recomendaron proteger del fr\u00edo a ni\u00f1os, personas de la tercera edad y embarazadas; usar calentadores y\/o chimeneas con una ventilaci\u00f3n adecuada y crema para hidratar la piel, as\u00ed como mantener el esquema de vacunaci\u00f3n actualizado (Covid-19, influenza y neumococo).<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, sugirieron a la poblaci\u00f3n abrigarse adecuadamente y cubrir nariz y boca, evitar cambios bruscos de temperatura, resguardar tambi\u00e9n a los animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda e ingerir abundante agua, frutas y verduras ricas en vitaminas A y C.<\/p>\n
