The Cure confirma la muerte de su guitarrista\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/fiUanPRFCMs?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen>[embedded content]<\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>LONDRES 26 Dic.- Perry Bamonte, guitarrista y teclista de The Cure, ha fallecido este viernes a los 65 a\u00f1os, quien ha muerto esta Navidad en su casa \u00abtras una breve enfermedad\u00bb, seg\u00fan ha informado el grupo musical en su p\u00e1gina web.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abTranquilo, intenso, intuitivo, constante y tremendamente creativo, \u2018Teddy\u2019 era una parte c\u00e1lida y vital de la historia de The Cure\u00bb, han destacado sus compa\u00f1eros de banda.<\/p>\n<p>En el comunicado, The Cure tambi\u00e9n ha subrayado que Bamonte cuid\u00f3 de la banda de 1984 a 1989 y se convirti\u00f3 en miembro a tiempo completo en 1990, \u00abtocando la guitarra, el bajo de seis cuerdas y el teclado en \u2018The Wish\u2019, \u2018Wild Mood Swings\u2019, \u2018Bloodflowers\u2019, \u00e9xitos ac\u00fasticos y \u00e1lbumes de The Cure, adem\u00e1s de realizar m\u00e1s de 400 conciertos a lo largo de 14 a\u00f1os\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Bamonte, ha recordado la banda musical, volvi\u00f3 a unirse a The Cure en 2022, tocando en otros 90 conciertos, \u00abalgunos de los mejores en la historia de la banda\u00bb, que culminaron con el concierto \u2018The Show of a Lost World\u2019 en Londres el 1 de noviembre de 2024\u2033. \u00abNuestros pensamientos y condolencias est\u00e1n con toda su familia.
