Dominicana.\u2013<\/strong> El dirigente pol\u00edtico <strong>Charlie Mariotti<\/strong> rechaz\u00f3 la propuesta de reducir en un <strong>50 % el financiamiento a los partidos pol\u00edticos<\/strong>, calific\u00e1ndola como <strong>inconstitucional<\/strong> y advirtiendo que podr\u00eda afectar la <strong>equidad en la competencia electoral<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El tambi\u00e9n aspirante presidencial del <strong>PLD<\/strong> sostuvo que el Poder Ejecutivo <strong>no tiene facultad legal<\/strong> para aplicar este tipo de recorte de manera unilateral, ya que los fondos asignados a las organizaciones pol\u00edticas est\u00e1n <strong>establecidos por ley<\/strong> y su modificaci\u00f3n requiere la aprobaci\u00f3n del <strong>Congreso Nacional<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mariotti se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, aunque la medida pueda parecer favorable ante la opini\u00f3n p\u00fablica, en la pr\u00e1ctica podr\u00eda <strong>debilitar a los partidos de oposici\u00f3n<\/strong>, generando un <strong>desequilibrio en el sistema pol\u00edtico<\/strong> y afectando el desarrollo democr\u00e1tico del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, advirti\u00f3 que esta iniciativa podr\u00eda convertirse en un <strong>mecanismo de control pol\u00edtico<\/strong>, al limitar la capacidad operativa de las organizaciones fuera del oficialismo, especialmente en escenarios preelectorales.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El dirigente tambi\u00e9n cuestion\u00f3 que se planteen recortes a los partidos mientras <strong>otros gastos del Estado no son reducidos en la misma proporci\u00f3n<\/strong>, insistiendo en que la democracia <strong>requiere financiamiento adecuado<\/strong> para garantizar la participaci\u00f3n y la transparencia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sus declaraciones se suman a las cr\u00edticas de diversos sectores,
