{"id":15232,"date":"2025-12-19T13:06:57","date_gmt":"2025-12-19T17:06:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/telenoticiero.com.do\/?p=15232"},"modified":"2025-12-19T13:06:57","modified_gmt":"2025-12-19T17:06:57","slug":"hichez-senala-a-luis-pena-que-no-le-toca-opinar-y-debe-alinearse-con-el-ministerio-publico-en-caso-senasa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mundoalvivo.com\/?p=15232","title":{"rendered":"Hichez se\u00f1ala a Luis Pe\u00f1a que \u201cno le toca opinar\u201d y debe alinearse con el Ministerio P\u00fablico en caso Senasa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Santo Domingo.<\/strong> La psiquiatra <strong>Alexandra Hichez<\/strong> sostuvo que al presidente del <strong>Colegio M\u00e9dico Dominicano<\/strong>, <strong>Luis Pe\u00f1a<\/strong>, <strong>no le corresponde opinar<\/strong> sobre el proceso judicial relacionado con el <strong>Seguro Nacional de Salud (Senasa)<\/strong>, y que su rol debe ser <strong>mantenerse a tono con el Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong> mientras avanzan las investigaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hichez reaccion\u00f3 a declaraciones de Pe\u00f1a en las que plante\u00f3 que no es necesario retirar el carnet profesional a m\u00e9dicos involucrados en el caso, al considerar que estos no ejercer\u00edan mientras est\u00e9n privados de libertad. La especialista calific\u00f3 esa postura como <strong>improcedente<\/strong> frente a la <strong>gravedad de los hechos investigados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Indic\u00f3 que el presunto desfalco a <strong>Senasa<\/strong> afecta directamente al sistema de salud y a la poblaci\u00f3n, por lo que llam\u00f3 a <strong>respaldar el accionar de las autoridades judiciales<\/strong> y evitar posiciones que puedan <strong>debilitar la respuesta institucional<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hichez enfatiz\u00f3 la necesidad de que se apliquen <strong>sanciones ejemplares<\/strong> a los responsables, al entender que casos de esta magnitud requieren <strong>firmeza y coherencia institucional<\/strong> para preservar la confianza p\u00fablica en el sistema de salud y la justicia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Santo Domingo.
