{"id":15043,"date":"2025-12-16T04:35:19","date_gmt":"2025-12-16T08:35:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/telenoticiero.com.do\/?p=15043"},"modified":"2025-12-16T04:35:19","modified_gmt":"2025-12-16T08:35:19","slug":"cardiologo-pedro-urena-propone-retirar-exequatur-a-medicos-implicados-en-fraude-del-caso-senasa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mundoalvivo.com\/?p=15043","title":{"rendered":"Cardi\u00f3logo Pedro Ure\u00f1a propone retirar exequ\u00e1tur a m\u00e9dicos implicados en fraude del caso SeNaSa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Santo Domingo.<\/strong> \u2014 En el marco de la investigaci\u00f3n conocida como <strong>Operaci\u00f3n Cobra<\/strong>, relacionada con presuntos actos de corrupci\u00f3n y fraude millonario en el <strong>Seguro Nacional de Salud (SeNaSa)<\/strong>, el cardi\u00f3logo <strong>Pedro Ure\u00f1a<\/strong> propuso el <strong>retiro del exequ\u00e1tur<\/strong> a m\u00e9dicos que hayan incurrido en pr\u00e1cticas fraudulentas dentro del sistema de salud dominicano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ure\u00f1a sostuvo que los profesionales de la medicina que autoricen, facturen o participen en <strong>procedimientos m\u00e9dicos inexistentes o innecesarios<\/strong>, con el objetivo de lucrarse, deben enfrentar sanciones ejemplares, incluyendo la p\u00e9rdida definitiva del derecho a ejercer la profesi\u00f3n. Indic\u00f3 que acciones como registrar <strong>hemodi\u00e1lisis, quimioterapias u otros tratamientos que nunca se realizaron<\/strong> constituyen una violaci\u00f3n grave al juramento hipocr\u00e1tico y a la \u00e9tica m\u00e9dica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El especialista afirm\u00f3 que este tipo de conductas no solo afectan las finanzas p\u00fablicas, sino que tambi\u00e9n <strong>ponen en riesgo la vida de los pacientes<\/strong> y deterioran la confianza de la poblaci\u00f3n en el sistema de salud. En ese sentido, consider\u00f3 que la justicia debe actuar con firmeza para enviar un mensaje claro de que la medicina no puede ser utilizada como un mecanismo de enriquecimiento il\u00edcito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, advirti\u00f3 sobre el impacto negativo que estos casos generan en las <strong>nuevas generaciones de m\u00e9dicos<\/strong>, se\u00f1alando que la impunidad podr\u00eda normalizar pr\u00e1cticas corruptas dentro del ejercicio profesional.
